What You Can Expect:

Small Intimate Group: This retreat is limited to 6 women max and gives everyone in the group opportunity to be heard and seen fully

Two Psilocybin Ceremonies: Safely guided experiences to explore your inner world.

Daily Breathwork & Meditation: Techniques to deepen your connection to self and spirit.

Transformational Breathwork Journey: A powerful session designed to release old patterns and realign your energy.

Group Exercises: women supporting and encouraging woman.

Nourishing Meals: Three wholesome meals a day to support your body, with two meals on ceremony days.
